You must first add the bill account on the app in order to query for the bill. Also, only due bills will be shown on the Home page. To check for your bill:
Go to the ‘My Bills’ tab.
Scroll to the bill account you want to query then tap on it.
Bill details will pop up indicating the due bill date and amount.
NOTE: Currently you can only query bills for KPLC Postpaid, DSTV, and GOTV services. You can still save accounts for other services and pay but the merchants do not support bill presentment.
