KYC docs for Contracting & Integration

1. Incorporation documents (Certificate of Incorporation and CR12)

2. Copy of ID/Passport of directors

3. Notarized address verification document (Utility bill; water bill, electricity bill, rent receipt or tenancy agreement etc)

4. A copy of our duly filled due diligence questionnaire and visitation certificate. (To be filled by the account manager)
